IPAD TV: Time Warner Cable is seeking a court ruling stating it has the rights under its current contract to stream Viacom’s TV programming to tablet devices like Apple’s iPad in the home. Viacom Inc. is countersuing seeking an injunction and damages for Time Warner’s alleged breach of their licensing and distribution agreement.
