Trucker Accused of Using Fishing Line To Thwart E-ZPass Tolls

A trucker rigged an inventive – but illegal – fishing line system that helped hide his license plate while passing through E-ZPass tolls, according to Port Authority Police Department Spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
