A New Yorker named Scott Kelly has become the most sought-after hire in America after a clip of his resume being viewed at a recent Jonas Brothers concert went viral on TikTok.

The video was recorded by a fan during the band’s Nov. 9 show at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo. The performance was part of the pop-rock trio’s “Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour,” which kicked off in August and runs through the end of the year.

In the clip, an executive—identified by The Washington Post as Brandon Bieron, president of the New York-based heating and cooling company Reimer Home Services—can be seen perusing Kelly’s two-page resume, dated September 2025, as Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas perform on the stage.

“Scott Kelly, your resume was being reviewed at a Jonas Brothers concert tonight. Good luck,” Jen Wilson—the fan who uploaded the clip—captioned over the footage.

The video quickly went viral, amassing more than 47 million views and 7 million likes on the platform as of Thursday morning.

It also caught the attention of the Jonas Brothers, who flocked to the comment section to vouch for Kelly in jest.

“Bro, Scott Kelly was there for me plenty of times. Hired,” Joe Jonas penned.

“I’m one of Scott Kelly’s references,” Kevin Jonas, the eldest of the three brothers, quipped.

“Scott Kelly’s work ethic and critical thinking inspired me to write the line ‘red dress,'” Nick Jonas commented, referencing lyrics from the band’s 2008 hit song “Burnin’ Up.”

A bevy of big-name brands also jumped in to rave about Kelly’s work prowess.

“Can confirm Scott can deliver,” wrote delivery service Instacart.

“Scott Kelly has that drive,” leading automotive company Kia America added. “Hire him immediately.”

“Scott Kelly always dresses professionally, highly recommend,” the clothing brand Old Navy commented.

“Scott Kelly would make a ‘suite’ addition to any team!” global hospitality conglomerate Hilton shared.

Kelly, who is currently employed at a telecommunications company, told The Washington Post that he wasn’t sure how his resume got out because he hadn’t been actively searching for a job.

“It’s nice for folks to have that much faith in a stranger,” the 36-year-old Army veteran told the publication.

“My inbox is so flooded with opportunities right now,” he added. “It’s hard to know where I’m going to start, but right now I’m working on growing my opportunities where I am.”
