Trump also said that the Strait of Hormuz will reopen without tolls, and that the U.S. blockade on Iran would be lifted. A formal signing ceremony is scheduled for Friday in Switzerland.

Eight people are dead after an Air Force B-52 bomber crashed shortly after takeoff from Edwards Air Force Base in California.
