Canadian Businesswoman Illegally Sentenced by the CCP

Sun Qian, a Chinese Canadian who practices Falun Gong, has been illegally detained by the Chinese Communist Party. Recently, she was sentenced to eight years in prison by Beijing’s Chaoyang People’s Court. This case has been highly publicized. Sun’s former defense lawyer, Xie Yan-Yi, indicated that the trial is a total violation of the legal process and the result is illegal and invalid. In addition, an insider revealed that Sun’s mother has reported the illegal activities of several of the CCP’s agencies.
