British media The Telegraph revealed on Monday that scientists at top UK universities have worked on projects in partnership with China’s nuclear weapon research institution. The UK government is preparing to send enforcement notices to the academics involved, as the Chinese institution is on the U.S. sanction list for developing weapons of mass destruction.
