House Passes SAVE America Act; FBI Combs Desert for Clues in Nancy Guthrie Case | NTD Good Morning (Feb. 12)

The House of Representatives passed the SAVE America Act on Wednesday. Republicans said the legislation will help secure American elections, but Democrats say it will make voting harder. The bill now heads to the Senate, where it is expected to face strong opposition from Democrats.

The search for Nancy Guthrie, mother of NBC anchor Savannah Guthrie, is entering its 12th day. The New York Post on Wednesday posted a video and photos of FBI personnel taking possession of a glove they found discarded on the roadside. It’s unclear whether the glove matched the pair worn by the person who showed up in a video from Nancy Guthrie’s doorbell camera.

Trump also ordered the Energy Department to fund $175 million in upgrades for operations in Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.
