Flash floods swept through the New Mexico mountain village of Ruidoso on Tuesday, prompting more than 80 rescues. At least one house washed away in the floods, and three people are reported to have died. Meanwhile, in Kerr County, Texas, the area hit hardest by the Independence Day weekend flooding, 161 people are still missing, with more than 110 people confirmed dead.

Russia launched its largest drone attack on Ukraine since the beginning of the war on Tuesday night, according to Ukrainian officials. Ukrainian Air Force officials said the latest attack involved 741 drones, an increase of nearly 200 drones over the previous record, which was set last week.
