The United Auto Workers (UAW) are praising President Donald Trump’s tariffs on truck and car imports. The UAW on Wednesday called it a victory for autoworkers. In a statement, the union said the 25 percent tariffs signal a return to policies prioritizing the workers who built this country.

New York-based Shen Yun Performing Arts, a classical Chinese dance company, held a press conference on Wednesday detailing the challenges the company faces, including lawsuits, bomb threats, and even death threats, which the company links to the Chinese Communist Party. A new petition in support of the company calls on the U.S. government to take action and urges greater transparency from media in the United States.

The heads of National Public Radio and the Public Broadcasting Service responded to Republican allegations of liberal bias during a hearing yesterday by the House Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency.
