It doesn’t matter if you’re short on time or don’t have cash for a meter; parking in a space reserved for folks with disabilities is never OK. But despite seeing a blue rectangle with a wheelchair painted on the concrete, some able-bodied drivers continue to leave their vehicles in these spots.
As the video above explains, the “More Than a Sign” experiment relies on a special camera that detects when there’s no official placard on display in a vehicle.
