Simple to make using just four ingredients, you can easily sip on delightful tea in 30 minutes or less. In traditional Chinese medicine, chrysanthemum tea is used to promote liver and kidney health. One study found that components of the flower may help improve high blood sugar and possibly help prevent type 2 diabetes.

Ingredients:
- 3 pieces Dried chrysanthemum
- 1/2 tablespoon Dried goji berries
- 3 slices Astragalus root
- 1 tablespoon Cassia seed
- 1 quart Boiled water
Directions:
- In a medium teapot, add astragalus root, dried chrysanthemum, dried goji berries, and cassia.
- Pour boiling water into the teapot. Steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
