Finish off a festive fall meal with pumpkin pie nice cream!
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup unsweetened almond, soy or hemp milk
1 medjool date or 2 regular dates, pitted, optional
Directions
Blend ingredients in a high-powered blender and serve.
Vary the amount of milk for desired consistency.
I suggest blending everything but the banana first and then dropping in small pieces of banana one at a time, scraping down the sides and hand mixing frequently.
Absolutely delicious and easy to make. Top with pecans if desired.
