Smoothies give real energy kicks and make a nice caffeine replacement.
Ingredients
- 1 peach
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Brazil nuts or other nut
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in the blender and smooth it.
Blueberries are considered a great stomach-fat fighter. They are full of phytonutrients and antioxidants and are low-calorie. Peaches are packed with vitamins and filling fiber. Adding Brazil nuts is a great way to get a good dose of selenium, zinc, protein, magnesium, and thiamine.
